Lumo-valofestivaali Oulussa 17.11. - 6.12.2017 Lumo-valofestivaali tuo jo viidettä kertaa Oulun keskustaan valoa vuoden pimeimpään aikaan. Lumo järjestetään 17.11. - 6.12.2017. Festivaalin teema vuonna 2017 on KOHTAAMISET. Ohjelmassa huomioidaan myös satavuotista itsenäisyyttään juhliva Suomi, jonka juhlavuotta vietetään valtakunnallisesti teemalla YHDESSÄ.

Already for the fourth time in a row, Lumo Light Festival Oulu brings light to the centre of Oulu at the darkest time of the year.
Lumo will take place from 17 November to 6 December 2017.  Festival theme for 2017 is ENCOUNTERS. The programme also pays attention to the centenary of Finland’s independence celebrated by the national theme of TOGETHER.
