facebook.comYesterday, Kasper Madsen and I had the pleasure of presenting E-commerce and Digital to our yearly case competition as a part of the recruiting process for the Corporate Graduate Programme in Dansk Supermarked Group. The purpose of the presentation was to give the candidates an inspirational talk about digital trends and explain how we are working with disruptive innovation in Dansk Supermarked Group. It was an very exciting task and a good example of what you are getting exposed for as graduate after just 5 months. I can only give the E-commerce & Digital Graduate Programme the best recommendation. It is a unique opportunity for developing your personal and professional skills in one of the leading companies within retail and E-commerce in Denmark. I've only been here for nearly 6 month and the learning curve is just getting steeper! Good luck to all the potential candidates I wish you the very best in the further selection process. /Frederik Arve
When we select Graduates to Dansk Supermarked Graduate Programme we put much effort into finding the best-fitting match both for the candidate as a potential future employee and for Dansk Supermarked Group as a company. Right now a lot of potential Graduates participate in a case competition as a part of the assessment and recruitment process. This year we have had a very satisfying number of applicants, also in Poland and Sweden, where we have big growth ambitions. After tonight HR and the business units will have the important and (hopefully) difficult task to select the best possible members to our team.

STAND STRONGER TOGETHER Our current and future Graduates are expected to be both skilled, ambitious, and competitive. In the end, it is the competition that drives us to perform and constantly challenge ourselves to continuously improve the business. However, being competitive does not only mean individually – most importantly it also refers to being a team that celebrates the successes and goal achievements for our total business. Regardless of which of our Graduate positions you find that fits your profile the best, you will become part of a larger cooperation across all the different group functions in DSG. These days, both our Commercial Director, Viktor Jegesi, and our CEO, Per Bank, invite all employees at the HQ to participate in our quarterly Townhall Meetings. Here, the previous period is evaluated, great achievements are highlighted, special efforts are recognized, and the future strategic initiatives are pointed out - securing that our company stands stronger together in the ongoing battle for customers and market shares as one united DSG. Likewise, these meetings are also a unique opportunity to wish all employees a merry Christmas. We recommend that you spend your holiday writing your application!
