Principal Property Services is a British owned and managed property management company. With more than 10 years property management experience in Cyprus we understand the concerns you may have in leaving your Cyprus property unattended. We can take care of your property in your absence ensuring it is secure, well maintained, clean and ready for you and your guests to enjoy each time you visit.

While your property is vacant, you need have no concerns over its condition or security. We will visit your property fortnightly to carry out security safeguards (checking access, doors, windows and so on), removing mail from your post box, and undertaking preventative maintenance (such as flushing toilets and running taps).

We regard communication as paramount. Each time we visit your property we will send you an e-mail report. If we find any problems we will e-mail you photographs with our report and recommendations. If anything needs to be dealt with urgently we will take immediate remedial action, and then telephone you to get your instructions.

Owning a property abroad should be worry and hassle free. We make it so by taking care of your property according to your personal requirements.
