The past week has seen a great run on new 5 Star Reviews! Betsy & Maggie from the USA on AirBnB, Sharon & Mark from Preston on Flipkey by TripAdvisor, and Siohban & Sinead from France on Owners Direct. All have stayed at the cottage recently and clearly had a wonderful time! I have really had some lovely guests this year and I hope it continues. I have dates free after 25th October 2016, and am now taking bookings for 2017. So to secure your dates please contact me ASAP. 20% Deposit secures. Balance 8 weeks before arrival. And remember that booking directly will save you up to 15% in Booking Fees, plus you will get a very personal service from me too. Transfers, car hire, groceries, all can be arranged, and I meet and greet all my guests personally!

Now well in to the 2016 summer season with a very hectic August just around the corner, of one changeover after the next... In this heat exhausting! Here is the latest availability calendar, and I am now taking bookings for 2017, so if you have some dates in mind please private message me because Owners Direct are now adding hefty booking charges to property owners actual rates without making it clear at all! Also said goodbye to two fabulous guests recently, who booked their holiday a year in advance. Became friends before arrival answering loads of questions LOL, and most certainly best of friends on departure! Sincerely hope to see you lovely people again in North Cyprus. x

Well it has been a busy few days with 4 new bookings for Ladera Cottage. Next guests now arriving this Monday, whilst my lovely German family will leave on Sunday. If you fancy a holiday in June and can work around the dates booked, then the beaches will be flooded with Turtles soon coming to make their nests! The weather is fantastic and you are guaranteed to go home with a fabulous suntan. Need help with flights and transfers I can do that too. Fly in to Ercan N Cyprus, or Larnaca in South Cyprus before the school holidays start!

The Turtles are coming! They will start nesting any day and I have 2 weeks available from 31 May, and only a week at the end of June during nesting season. In August the hatchlings will appear and you can help release them in to the sea! I had a new AC unit installed at Ladera Cottage last summer, and it has been brought to my attention that this may be one of the most photographed guest pictures in N Cyprus... Perhaps because it looks like a giant size transistor radio, or have I missed something?

Well officially pool time begins this weekend, but the water has already been tested by some, due to extremely warm spring weather! Here are some pictures of Ladera Cottage taken last week, along with the latest availability. Note May/June is fantastic weather in Cyprus (30/35c) and still plenty of availability, and that I have 10 to 13 days max available early August, and 3 weeks still available between 20 August and 10 September if you fancy a good fry up! Just said farewell to a most delightful family from Reading, who have enjoyed souring temperatures in Kyrenia this week with cloudless skies and 30c in the first week of April! "The stay was absolutely amazing and we would love to come again" wrote Morwenna's daughter in the visitor book, who was in that pool a number of times! Tempted myself now :) Brilliant guests, really looked after the cottage so well, and had the best holiday ever. I am so happy too, to have met such lovely people, who have fallen in love with the place and will be back. If anyone would like to come and view Ladera Cottage in Ozankoy, then below is the current availability calendar for this year.
