This page started as the Fun Run support page, but can now be used for raising awareness and hopefully more cash for Tulips Cancer Charity North Cyprus I care deeply about cancer, and what it does to individuals and families.
My father died of cancer when I was 20 years old. My Mum currently has lung cancer, and has undergone the removal of 1 kidney due to cancer. My sister had to undergo treatment for cancer. My grand father died from lung cancer. My aunt died from lung cancer. My uncle died from lung cancer. My best friend survived cancer. I hope that I can be lucky.
I want more people to be aware of how it could affect them directly or indirectly. I want more people to make just a little effort now to support the great cause that is the Tulips Charity Organisation in North Cyprus and to be aware of the amazing work they do in supporting sufferers and their families here in North Cyprus.
The provide practical support, financial support and advice to as many sufferers as they can manage.
It is our job as the general public to help them raise the money for this, while they deliver the services essential to so many residents of North Cyprus touched by this disease.
All of us know at least 1 person who either has, has had, or is a relative of someone who has or has had Cancer.
Get up, be seen, shout your support for everything that is done to fight against Cancer.
