Regular monthly visits provided to your home. The property will be aired, all rooms checked maintenance issues reported, balconies swept, debris cleared from drains, (blocked drains a regular problem in Cyprus) taps opened and toilets flushed to prevent problems with the pressure pump, mail box emptied, exterior/garden checked. Any specific property needs required supplied on request. Monthly inspection reports supplied on request. Maintenance issues will be notified to you immediately including photographs and can be dealt with after your approval to proceed.

I have lived in Cyprus for 8 years and love it. I owned, managed and operated Lonely Homes Ltd Property Management Company, an excellent family concern with a great reputation caring for over 60 properties in and around the Paphos region. Most of the properties in our portfolio were holiday lets, the remainder private villas. Unfortunately I had to sell due to personal reasons. Our services covered every possible aspect of maintaining and caring for properties as the owners lived abroad. Their properties were in our hands which gave them peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of at this end. As this is my forte, I wish to carry on but on a much smaller scale. I have fabulous tradesmen behind me should anything occur. I already key-hold for a number of owners that live abroad and address any maintenance issues on request.

A laundry service can be provided for duvets, curtains, throws etc as well as general laundry items. I have a professional commercial washing machine at my disposal and of course the knowledge to take on any other relevant task.

House sitting and pet sitting is another service I have started to provide. I find that local owners prefer someone to be in their home while on holiday. There is also a call for pet-sitting as owners prefer their pets to stay in the comfort of their own home and of course this works out less costly than vets fees. My first pet-sitting job was caring for 8 cats!

Anyhow I am trustworthy and reliable and looking forward to my new venture. I have past and present references available and plenty of character references from business owners in and around the Paphos area if needed.
