REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(The documents are valid for 3-6 months from the date of issue unless they indicate otherwise.)

   Certificate for civil status From the Authorized Department from each country
   In case of Foreigners who live in Cyprus for more that a year, a certificate from the    Civil Registry and Migration Department (in Cyprus) is needed.  
   Its date of issue must not be more that two months.
   Birth Certificate
   Original Divorce paper (if any) / Death Certificate (if any)
   Name Change Documents (if any)
   Passport

We conduct weddings:
Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 1600
Or from 1700 – 1830 (with extra fee)
Saturdays (by special request – with additional fee until 1400hrs)
Except holidays

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The wedding fee is fixed by the Ministry of the Interior
€281.92 (subject to change according to the Law)
Paid in Euro cash for every couple

Whether they have a civil ceremony or religious wedding.

Ayia Napa Municipality is able to issue Certified True Copies
of the original marriage certificates.

Additional Wedding Fee  :
There is an additional fee for civil ceremonies at the hotels or at other outside venues.
