Not only is it set in the strict centre but it is also situated in the main and biggest street- ILICA. Accommodation is located in protected building overlooking the beautiful cathedral and is right next to the famous Zagreb cable car.
So that means, if you ever get tired of sightseeing and shopping, you can always stop by your place and catch a break!

Even though it is right next to the Ban Jelačić square and Cvjetni trg, you will not be bothered by the tram noise because it is completely soundproof.
We also have one more studio apartment and a room for two people that can be connected if needed, so grab your friends and start planning on time.

At hand for all our guest is a completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine for all clothes. There is also TV as well as WI-FI. The strict centre is what holds most of the town's history with all the monuments and parks right next to it. Also there is plenty of places for cultural and nightlife. Just 10 minutes from your accommodation there is famous Tkalčićeva street with all the pubs and restaurants.If you are looking for a club, you can find few near the main square and down the Ilica street. During the day you can also visit Cvjetni trg, which by the winter time is surrounded by a beautiful winter fair, and during other seasons with all the happenings.

It is completely connected to all means off transfer, and the main tram station (Ban Jelačić square) is just a minute away. If you prefer taxies, they are pretty cheap, so you can always order a taxi. Your host will be happy to help you with informations about transfer. Also, there is a parking garage by just two minute walk.

The building itself is a true representation of the Classicism era. It is also family friendly, but is not pet and smoking friendly.
