Ground Force Method ( izvorno Primal Move ) je koncept unaprjeđivanja čovjekove vještine kretanja kroz igru i zabavu. Ground Force Method ( ranije Primal Move ) je sustav koji omogućuje pojedincu na dinamičan novi način učinkovito utrenirati svoje tijelo i vratiti mu njegovu prirodnu sposobnost elegantnog, snažnog i brzog pokreta. Cilj GFM treninga je postići promjenu kroz razigrane, lijepe i svjesne pokrete. Kroz bolje kretanje moći ćete više uživati u životu bez obzira čime se bavili.
Prvo se moraš kretati bolje, a tek onda jače, više i brže.

Activation, not stretching
U GFM treningu nema tipicnog zagrijavanja niti istezanja: prvo izvodimo jednostavnije pokrete za aktivaciju misica i zglobova, zatim nastavljamo pokretima koji ce dodatno angazirati misice primarne u nekoj kompleksnijoj vjezbi, a tek onda izvodimo tu vjezbu - bez boli ili neugode, kontrolirano i u punom rasponu pokreta. #groundforcemethod #gfm #flow #movebetter #movestronger #movemore #mobility #stability #scorpio #healthybody #bodyweighttraining #healthyspine There is no typical warmup or stretching in gfm session: first we perform simpler movements for muscle and joints activation, after which we continue with movements that will additionally engage muscles primary for a certain complex exercise, and only then we do that exercise - without pain or discomfort, in a controlled manner and in full range of motion.
