The Flat is a beautiful apartment located in the very center of the Zadar old town peninsula, a few steps away from the Roman Forum and the sea. As you probably heard, Zadar is a 3000 year old town full of important historic landmarks.
The Flat is located in the very center of the Zadar old town peninsula, just a few steps away from the best known landmarks in Zadar - The Roman Forum and The Church of St. Donatus.
Everything you need is within walking distance - historical sights, restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shops... Even the clean sea is less than a 100meters away.
Although the building which The Flat is in was build before WW II, the apartment was just fully renovated for your maximum comfort and enjoyment as you can see in the photos.
The Flat has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa that can sleep two when needed, for a maximum capacity of four.
It has a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and a balcony.
The place air conditioned and equipped with 30 Mbps internet.

Kalelarga, the street older than the city, with all due right earned the mythical epithet. Erected in 1543, the Zadar Land Gate is an ambitious work of the head engineer of the Republic of Venice Michele Sanmicheli. It was immediately assessed as luxurious, and later as the worthiest monument that Venice left in Dalmatia. Moreover, with the Golden gate of the Diocletian’s palace in Split, it is certainly the most beautiful city gate overall on the historic Dalmatian ground, masterpiece of its author. Did you know, that founded in 1829 by Austrian commander Baron Franz Ludwig von Welden - a passionate botanist and admirer of Dalmatian flora, Queen Jelena Madije Park is the first public park in Croatia (the park was opened on the 16th of September, 1829). To create a garden on top of a heavily fortified military object was an unusual move, but one Zadar is eternally grateful for.
