Fully furnished (as can be seen in the photos).We wish to rent it out to elderly people, young families with children or young people who want peaceful vacation and enjoying the sun and sea and who are not into partying as it is a very peaceful and quite destination. It is fully equiped with all the necessary things, umbrella, table and chairs for the terrace , sun-deck , various inflatable toys , toys for children , fishing rod .....
Within the settlement there are several common usage grills, a bakery and cafe with a terrace , and within 100 meters two restaurants, a hotel and a beautiful sandy beach . To the center of the village and the further to the city of Vodice there is a beautiful promenade with numerous facilities for both adults and children. In front of the apartment each day passes tourist train that can take you to and back from Vodice, according to the timetable and at a symbolic price .
