Dear guests,
our rooms and apartments are located in a quiet and idyllic village Tribanj Šibuljina. It is located along the main road by the sea, in the Velebit Channel, 60 km away from Zadar.
We offer you two houses, one large and one small. Both are located in the  first row by the sea. Both houses include their own parking spaces for guests only and the beach is just a few steps away.
The big house can be rented as a whole or you can rent individual rooms. The house offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking, and a large living room with a television. It also has a large terrace with a sea view and a garden that is available to our guests.
The small house is rented as a whole, and includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A kitchen which is also equipped with everything needed for cooking, and a living room with a television. The house has a balcony and a large terrace overlooking the sea. You have just a few steps to the beach.
There is also the possibility of assigning an additional or extra bed. All our rooms and suites have free Wi-Fi. There is also the option of baking under the lid on request. Since we engage in fishing we offer you fresh fish or boat trips. In the close area there is  one shop and two fast  food restaurants as well as an "a la carte" restaurant.

unsere Appartements und Zimmer befinden sich in einem kleinen und ruhigen Ort Namens Tribanj Sibuljina, welches sich direkt an der Adria-Küste befindet.

Wir verfügen über zwei Häuser, die unmittelbar am Meer liegen. Im großen Haus können wir Ihnen drei Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad anbieten, sowie zwei Küchen. Die Küchen sind voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Kochen benötigt. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher ist auch vorhanden. Das große Haus verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Meerausblick. Das Haus kann im ganzen gemietet werden, aber auch einzelne Zimmer werden angeboten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und wird nur von unseren Feriengästen genutzt. Bis zu unserem Steg am Wassser sind es nur wenige Schritte.
