The villa is surrounded by a large garden with two garden terraces and a private outdoor swimming pool that form a harmonious unique exterior.

The access to the outdoor area is possible from the sitting room (exit to the pool), the dining room (exit to the first garden terrace) and the kitchen (exit to the second garden terrace).

On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a terrace, a wardrobe and bathroom with bath. You can see the kitchen and dining room from the first floor.
