There is a large shopping centre “Joker” only a two-minute walk from the apartment. The venue of the world-famous Ultra festival, the Poljud Stadium, is only 1km, or a 5-7 minute walk away. (I will give you the shortest route!)
Also, there are several bus stops near the apartment where you can catch a ride to the city centre, the ferry port, to the Marjan park-forest or to the nearby towns of Trogir (UNESCO’s World heritage site), Omis and Kastela.
The nearest beaches are a 10-minute walk from the apartment. In addition, you will be staying near the excellent and affordable restaurants and bars, clubs as well as the city's oldest pub “Basket”.
The size of the apartment is 90m2 (970 sq ft). It has a large room with a double bed, two comfortable bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom and a separate extra toilet, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker). The living room has a large flat TV with cable channels and a PC that you are free to use. The entire apartment has free flat wi-fi.
A wonderful feature of the apartment is a balcony with sweeping views. There is a table with chairs to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. You can also enjoy a sea view from the bedrooms and partly from the balcony.

Living and sleeping areas are separated with corridors, so guests can act according to their preferences at that moment - while someone sleeps peacefully, others can watch TV, cook or listen to the music in the living room.
The apartment can sleep two extra persons because we can provide an inflatable bed which is very comfortable to sleep and rest on. Great emphasis is placed on cleanliness. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and guests are always provided (free of charge) with clean towels, bathroom curtains, bed sheets, blankets and kitchen towels.
Also, we welcome each group of guests with our “welcome package” - fresh fruit, bread, butter, marmalade/ Nutella, milk  and coffee.
