Our goal is to build two vehicles that will be able to participate in both modules of the
competition. SWATH and Hydrofoil. Our goal is to build two vehicles that will be able to participate in both modules of the
competition. The first ship for the competition is SWATH boat for heavy weight category. We
chose it because the testing in Numeca software gave us results that the wave making
resistance was reduced up to 40% in relation to the displacement ship hull. The second type
is a hydrofoil boat for light weight competition, we chose it because it has a very low resistance
(in this case, the installed capacity is used to achieve greater speed rather than overcoming
resistance), and he is also a big challenge to build.
