April 2018., that will be held in Vrsar, Rovinj and Pazin in the beautiful region of Istria on the north coast of Croatia. Meet other wind orchestras, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the mingling and playing in the most charming locations and explore the vibrant region of Istria. <3 Applications are open until 1st of February. FAKS - the Amateur Cultural Creation Festival is an international cultural, educational and entertaining event which unites choral festivals, acting festivals, folklore festivals, exhibitions of visual arts and meetings of amateur groups and takes place in spring and fall each year.
