Accommodation and vacation
Apartment (42 sqm ) is on first floor of 200 year old stone house in a center of old village Sv. Vid 1km from sea. Interior is very colorful because ... We like colors! It has a great terrace with shade from grapevine under which you'll enjoy relaxing. Local parking place is near by and also small store and children's park. Bigger markets are less then a 1km away. Village is small and quiet (except on Sundays - local senior sing). We can host 2 to 4 guests and nice behavior pets (prefer female dogs).
Apartment  contains of one bedroom with double bed (linen included), living room with couch that can open in double bed, color TV with 50 channels, Internet access  (DSL), kitchen, bathroom (towels included), air conditioning (extra), dishwasher, terrace.
Interaction with guest can be minimal (once a day because I have to water flowers on a terrace) if that is their wish or more if they need any help or information. We live in a flat under the apartment.
Village is nice, small and quiet and not so far from center of Malinska.
Whole island is beautiful and has a lot of interesting offers for sightseeing (islad Košljun, Mirine Omišalj, old centers of Omišalj, Dobrinj, Vrbnik and Krk, etno house Kornić, museum and lot of galleries in every town, ) and enjoying in nature (pinewoods, beaches, cave, small underwater cave on smaller island on south west of Krk, mud, taxi boats panoramas (Stara Baška) and swimming in (by foot) unavailable bays, underwater world), drink (wine - Žlahtina, schnapps and liquors - travarica, smokvica, loza...) and food tasting (olive oil, sheep or goat cheese, lamb, šurlice ), sports (kayaking, cycling, diving, riding, water boarding (for invalids too), windsurfing, carting, skydiving, water sports, small fishing, paintball,).

We don't have a private parking place but there is one near the house adequate for about 10 cars. Public transit to Malinska and other towns of island or mainland or airport (15km) is bus which station is 400m from house. Except that there are many taxi drivers.
We expect our guest behave like they are on vacation. Relax, enjoy your staying, play instruments or sing (but in tone) if you like, drink and have fun but don't destroy our house and be aware that we work in morning. So 1-2 am would be nice to lower voices or loud music.
Please put out meal that you cook or candles when you out of a house or air condition when you open doors or more windows.
Smoking is not allowed in a bedroom.
Pets are allowed but my dog prefers female dogs. :)
