The living room has a sofa bed which can provide a double bed if you need it. Sofa bed is positioned in front of the french doors, so there is a lovely view from here on promenade and the sun streams through from morning until late afternoon. Even on a warm day in winter you got a lovely sense of summer.

Owing to the very good isolation of of walls and windows you don't have feeling that you are in most frequently part of town. But when you open glass door  and windows you become a part of the city bustle from the comfort of the apartment, hidden from the view of passers-by tall trees.
