Dragi gosti, na festivalu mediteranske prehrane koji se održava od 4.-7.7., a čija je tema srdela i vino, predstavit ćemo se s tri jela: pogača sa slanim srdelama, marinirani inćun, zapečena paprika sa sirom i slanim srdelama, naravno sve to uz čašu dobrog vina poznatih hvarskih vinara, koje ćete moći naručiti u našoj Konobi. Dobrodošli! :) Dear guests, at the Mediterranean Food Festival which is held from July 4 till July 7 with theme of pilchards and wine we will present ourselves with three dishes: bread with salted pilchards, marinated anchovies, peppers filled with salted pilchards and baked with cheese, followed by a glass of excellent wine of Hvar's most famous winemakers, which you'll have the opportunity to taste in our konoba.
