Istria is a magical country, and Peroj is an ancient picturesque Istrian village step to the Brijuni Islands, in a south – western Istrian coast.  It is situated 10 km from Pula , 3 from Fažana, and 23 to Rovinj, placed vis-a-vis National park Brijuni Islands. Except for the magic, there is a little something what makes people come back, to return a thousand times - to the peaceful atmosphere, in to the stone houses, like ours.

Villa Meschi is a traditional Istrian stone house restored in 2010th. It's house with three apartments. Apartment "Dandelion" on the first floor, and studio apartment "Tavern" in the ground floor are designed for tourists.

Hot days are cooled by acclimatization. Park place in the village is always insured, and the sea is 800 m from center, Pjaca, where the house is positioned.

Apartment "Dandelion" consists of:  family bedroom with double-bed, and a single bed; kitchen & dinning place with living room in which there is relaxing corner, also can be used as a sleeping area for 1-2 persons; large bathroom & the corridor.

Apartment accommodates 3 to 5 persons.

Studio  apartment "Tavern" accepts 2 to 3 persons; consists of sleeping & living room, kitchen, dining room & bathroom.

House has garden with terraces, fountain, barbecue, sitting set & deckchairs. Balance of intimacy, privacy and silence, and good time on the other side of the tale....

Towels, kitchen accessories, coffee machine & hair dryer  included.
Small pets allowed & children welcome!
