Description
The house is located in the Old town of Dubrovnik, about 30 steps from the main street Stradun. Rustic and charming house for your holiday in the most beautiful city in the whole world. The house has two floors.
First floor has two bedrooms which are double bed, a kitchen, one bathroom (washing machine, WC, tub) and living room with one single bed, DVD and TV.All house is air conditioned...
Second floor has two bedrooms, one is double bed and one with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom (WC, shower) and open room with three single beds (TV and DVD).
In front of the house there is a large garden new renovated (only 2-3 houses in the old town have a garden) with outdoor shower and it is a beautiful place to have an early breakfast in the shadow or even dinner under the sky. You can also get some suntan if you do not want to go to the beach which is about 100m away... The entire house is air conditioned!
Bus station and taxi are also near, about 50m away so we are located in the center. It is also only 30 steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. Everything for everyone!
You can rent it as a house (11+1 persons).
