Ivin Dvor
Subject to availability, free-range roosters from the Ivin Dvor farm near Split will be on our menu in July. This wonderful farm also produces some of Croatia's best tomatoes, egg-plants and peppers. Open air grown tomatoes are late this year, expect them in our menu in about ten days...

From this 50kg tuna delivered to the restaurant by "Dnevni Ulov", a new fish shop in Dubrovnik, for tonight's dinner we will prepare tuna sashimi from the belly and tuna carpaccio and seared tuna steak from the loin. The fish came to the restaurant straight from the sea at 16:30!

We're announcing a new tasting menu! Chef Lukas Widomski begins with a delicate oyster soup inspired by a classical combination of oysters, Guiness and Prosecco and in the next course challenges with a pairing of strawberries, red bell peppers and bacon. The poem continues with seared scallop served with velvety Mousseline mash, peppery Kulen and crispy Turbot skin. Next, he unveils our new beef tartare, an elegant and vibrant dish designed to tease our umami receptors. He then combines mouth watering lamb with almonds, carrot, Cavtat lemon and Mediterranean herbs before proceeding to the main course, the king of the menu, a nutty dry aged rib eye complemented with white asparagus and smoked bone marrow. Strawberry, the mistress, follows the king with passion fruit escorted by mango, chilly, creme cassis and elderflower... Beetroot, the elegant Queen of the dinner, completes this unique dining experience with dark chocolate ganache topped with beetroot ice cream, dices and beetroot reduction.
