Dear members, Hope you all had a wonderful summer! We will be throwing a "Welcome Back Party" to get you off of those lounge chairs and back on your feet again! The party will take place August 26 at 19:00 p.m at Vitality. Coaches will be present to motivate you to exercise with them by playing some games, and challenges will take place as well to add to to the fun. There will be lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. Also make sure you bring along any other new friends & colleagues who would like to join the Vitality family! We hope you're able to make it. 👍🏻

Dear members, As summer vacation approaches and everyone goes home for the holidays, the kid's gymnastics class will be put on hold. Classes will resume middle of August, when the instructor returns from her holidays. We will keep you posted on here for when classes will resume.
