The six-level Mercedes-Benz Arena seats up to 18,000 with world-class sound, lighting and stage systems for landmark music, cultural, sporting and theatrical events. Boasting luxury suites and world-amenities on par with Staples Center, and O2 in London, Mercedes-Benz arena has become a new icon for the most dynamic city in China.
The venue brings for the first time the same technical live performance standards that are common internationally to Chinese audiences.
The facility includes a branded club called The Mixing Room which seats up to 1,000 for intimate, live entertainment events, and includes a bar and lounge with VIP facilities and premier acoustics, lighting and sound systems.
The Mercedes-Benz Arena is a 365-day-a-year lifestyle destination hosting Shanghai's leading cinematic experience, with six screens and total seating for 800, showcasing both international and Chinese movies. It also incorporates an ice skating rink, 200,000 square foot retail podium comprising concept shops and a wide variety of food & beverage outlets.
The Mercedes-Benz Arena is easily accessible by convenient mass transit connections which include a nearby subway station, links to major roads, bus routes and even sightseeing ferries, which can dock directly at the venue.
