We know that it’s a poor substitute for the real thing but we hope that this site possesses some of the spirit and flavor that Le Café des Stagiaires is famous for. We’ll tell you a bit about ourselves and the people who make us tick. You’ll see where we’ve come from, where we are now and hopefully where we’ll be in the future.

The name 'French Fries' is confusing, but actually fries are part of Belgian culinary heritage. It is said that Americans soldiers discovered this dish during First World War and as the main language of Southern Belgium (Wallonia) is French they were dubbed 'French Fries' Happy Monday ! 来大沽路实习生咖啡开始你美好的一周吧，每周一晚薯条青口贝之夜！ 名称：“法式炸薯条”给人带来误解，实际上薯条是比利时的特色。据说这道菜是由美国士兵在第一次世界大战期间在比利时南部（瓦隆）发现的，那里的主要语言是法语，因此被称为“法式炸薯条” 周一快乐 !
