We understand how pain can affect your life. We can help.

In our modern society, chronic pain is more prevalent than ever.  We believe that massage therapy is not simply an escape, it is a tool that can treat and prevent many conditions.

We also believe that you, the patient, is an integral part of the treatment. We want to know why you chose to come to see us, and how you want to feel when you leave.  Whether you are seeking massage therapy due to pain, to rehab an old injury, to alleviate the symptoms of chronic stress, or even just to escape for an hour, your therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan that best suits your goals.

Come in.  Exhale.  Leave better.

Do you ever go to a yoga class (or any other movement based activity) and think to yourself... "Jeez, I wish I could get into that pose, but my body just won't cooperate." 🙁 Sometimes it is shortened muscles that are restricting your movement. BUT... Sometimes it is just how your body is built. 🤷‍♀️ Check out these images. They show NORMAL variation in the human skeleton. None of them are pathological. This is why no two people will ever do yoga poses the same way. If peoples’ bones are different, then their joints will have different ranges of motion. Have you ever had the pleasure of watching me try and show you how to stretch out the muscles in your butt??? 🍑🤣 Sure, there is definitely a muscular restriction there, but I guarantee you that it is my skeletal structure that is the main problem. I have NEVER been able to sit like this emoji >> 🧘‍♀️ To sum up... There is no "one alignment". We each have our own unique patterns of movement and our bodies are representations of that. http://paulgrilley.com/bone-photos/

Got another question for you guys...🤔 If you have had an appointment booked in the last few weeks, have you received your text message reminders as usual? I've heard that other programs have defaulted back to no text reminders until you opt-in again (this has to do with GDPR privacy legislation in the EU). Just hoping that everything is okay with our program. Let us know below 👇
