Group music therapy engages children and youth in appropriate socialization, self-expression, language development, self-esteem, and communication skills. Alison engages her clients with a variety of musical interventions including drum circles, group songwriting, singing, improvisation, dance, and relaxation, all the while having a blast getting together to make music and new friends.
