facebook.comGARBAGE CARTS As per By-law 686 all garbage carts must be removed from the curb by 12:00 p.m. on the day after garbage day (Friday). Please be advised that if your cart is not removed by the designated time it will be picked up by the Public Works Department and arrangements will have to be made with the Town Office to pick up your cart from the Public Works Yard. Carts picked up more than once will be subject to a $25.00 penalty fee. Garbage bag tags are available at the Town Office for $2.00/per bag for any additional garbage you may have. If the bag is placed out without a tag it will not be picked up.
Attention Residents It is imperative that the Town has current contact information for all residents. Could you please ensure that you have provided your current mailing address and contact phone numbers so that we can ensure you are getting your utility and tax billings and are able to provide you with other necessary information. Please note: the Post Office will no longer accept mail addressed to General Delivery if you have a box number. Please call the office at 780.766.2269 to update your information. If you would prefer to receive your utility bill by email please send your request to office@wembley.ca
NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE Please be advised that sewer line work will be starting today in the cul-de-sac of 96 Ave. The road will be accessible today however will be completely closed on Wednesday March 29, 2017. Residents in this area are advised to park along 99th Street or access your properties through the back alley. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

GARBAGE PICK UP Please be advised that the garbage truck broke down today however they will be sending a new truck later today or tomorrow so please leave your garbage bin curb side and it will get emptied. Thank you
We are happy to announce that the new recycling bins have been delivered and are available for your recycling needs. They are located in the truck parking lot at the corner of 100th Avenue and 100th Street. Single stream plastic, paper and tin products may go into these bins. No need to sort these items and they can be loose or bagged. No glass please.
