2017 Swimming Lesson Information – Virden Recreation Swimming Pool Attached is an update regarding an information session next Wednesday, May 17 at 6:00 pm regarding the new online registration system for swimming lessons. In this session you can learn how to set up your account, register and pay for a lesson and how to be put on a waiting list if the session you would like is full. Also attached are the lesson times for the various classes and sessions.

Virden Recreation Grounds – Ball Diamond Closure Please be advised that the following diamonds will be closed until May 1, 2017 due to construction: • Senior Ball Diamond • New Ball Diamond “A” • New Ball Diamond “B” Feel free to contact Tracy Howard, Parks and Recreation Manager at 204-748-2736 ext. 1 with any questions.

The Town of Virden Landfill will reopen on Thursday, April 20, 2017, with normal hours of operation.

Easter Hours TOWN OFFICE Due to Easter, the Town Office will be closed Friday, April 14th through Monday, April 17th. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday, April 18th. TUNDRA OIL AND GAS PLACE Tundra Oil and Gas Place will be closed Friday, April 14th and Monday April 17th.
