Not to mention individual & small group training and IRON WORKS our kick-ass weight room where “muscles are forged”. All coming soon…Our studio offers an inviting atmosphere that embraces the unity of a rebel and a goddess all in one.
We are centrally located in Vaughan between Rutherford and Weston Road. When entering our studio, you will experience a warm yet “cool” vibe with large windows, high ceilings, exposed brick & luxurious amenities.
We dare you to leave our studio without a visit to our chic boutique that features some of the hottest fitness wear as well as delicious yet healthy protein snacks! It’s O.K. if you stay a while
