We pray for the continued recovery of Cst Mike Chernyk of the Edmonton Police Department following his being intentionally hit by a truck and then repeatedly stabbed by the assailant. And then our hearts go out to the families of the more than 50 murdered individuals in Los Vegas and the over 200 injured.
