Civil Litigation

John Holmes and Michael Kocheff are experienced litigators, having appeared before all levels of the Ontario Court, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and various administrative tribunals.

We advise and represent clients in a wide variety of contractual and property-related matters, including debtor-creditor and employer-employee disputes.  

Having formerly acted as a prosecutor for a large Ontario municipality, Michael looks forward to assisting the firm's clientele in disputes involving by-law interpretation and enforcement.
