Normally I work a lot with flash and strobes working with clients products. Flash and strobes makes it easy to control the light and I will have a constraint light source as many hours as needed. But this time I work with pure light .... I had to plan the whole photo shot down to the minute to get the right light for all... The images. Yesterday evening I was juicing to prepare to this mornings shot. I really love the result

I am working with a new client a huge farmer here in Ontario, He is working on a project to sell on-line products in boxes for "Juicing" and the ordinal household. Produced local for locals. Had the pleasure to visit "Gordon's Goat Dairy" Farm, On yesterday. This is a farm build up from ground by Gordon and his lovely wife Bethany. Together they run the daily drift of the farm and produces a wide range of cheeses with exiting flavours. I just loved the family feeling of farming witch is not common en a fast world. But here is is driven by family spirit and knowledge. All their products are homemade from their own animals witch they take very good care of.
