Providing cross border tax, United States probate & estate planning, U.S. business legal services to Canadian individuals and corporations. There is a long history of cross border transactions between the United States and Canada. Canadian business & entrepreneurs often see the United States as a logical extension of its domestic market. Canadians also frequently look to the United States for investment in vacation, rental or commercial property. Then there are many instances of Canadians moving to the United States & Americans moving to Canada for a variety of reasons. We discovered that Canadians had few places, if any, to turn for cross border United States tax & legal services from within their own borders.
