Please help us welcome Ms. Visser to our SMS staff: My name is Ms. Visser and I am thrilled to be a student teacher here at St. Mary’s! Originally from Calgary, I went to school at the University of Lethbridge and got my Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Studio Art. Although I love making abstract oil paintings, I also enjoy drawing, silkscreen printing and photography. My other interests include art history, camping, skiing and snowboarding. I also happen to be a huge nerd and love everything Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and more! I am looking forward to being a part of Mrs. Vienneau’s classroom, and am excited to encourage students in their artistic and academic endeavors.

Lots of fun was had at the recent Youth Group evening!! They celebrated the Olympics with games and even got to hold a real Olympic torch from the 2010 games. #smsparish #smsgrowinginspirit #smscommunity

Beau Huseby is the St. Mary’s Athlete of the Week. He is a member of the SV Storm boys' basketball team, and has helped to lead the team in 2 silver medal tournament finishes this past month. Beau is an inspiration to his team, his peers, and his coaches. He operates with 100% effort all the time, is always positive and acts as a true champion on and off the court! Way to go Beau! SMS is proud of you!!
