Sherpa Builders is a family owned business that specializes in new construction projects as well as all of your home improvement needs inside and out such as siding/soffits/fascia, decks, insulation/vapour barrier, drywall, flooring, finishing (baseboards, trim, crown moulding), painting, hanging interior/exterior doors and windows. Got the flooring all finished today. We like to keep the plank placement random and we pull from multiple boxes to keep the floor from getting a patchy look. We feel the floor gets a more natural look to it this way, rather than having a continuos pattern. Neither way is wrong, just our preference. The highlight of the day was getting a visit from the cutest little inspector around, our niece Brynn. She was very pleased with our work.

Here is the condition of the house on arrival, which we were very happy with. Now all it needs is some final hook ups and a good cleaning, and it ready to be lived in.

We are pretty excited about the moving of our first house, it went great, the house arrived to its location in near perfect condition, it had 2 very small, minor paint cracks and that was it, which was very good considering the rough road it travelled. Here are some pics of the house on the move and it's arrival condition. Videos to follow

Did some renovation work for some really nice clients. Siding and shingles on the existing building. We tore down an old addition and replaced it with a nice brand new one. There is new skirting with insulation and vapour barrier to keep the crawl space clean and warm. We put on new siding, soffit, and fascia, along with insulation and vapour barrier on the inside.

If you were wondering where we were?We were out of town for awhile Building this beautiful Cabin out by Canora Beach. It has a giant ceiling height of 21ft in the living room and kitchen and an open to below loft area making for some wicked views.

Our new canvas for the next couple weeks. We are out in Saskatchewan along Good Spirit Lake framing up a new cabin. Can't complain about the scenery and weather today.

Just letting people know that we are changing the name of the Facebook page to get the RTM Business Name out there a little more. Everest Homes is selling the RTMs while Sherpa Builder does the work. Everything is staying the same, there will just be a new name to the page.
