False rumours concerning the future of the annual Sussex Flea Market Over the past few months, I have received inquiries from the media, our vendors, and officials with the Town of Sussex about rumours that have been circulating stating that the Flea Market Committee is considering a new location for our annual Sussex Flea Market. I want to be very clear in stating that these rumours are 100% false. We have just celebrated our 35th annual flea market at Princess Louise Park in Sussex and plans are already underway for next year’s event in that exact same location. Since its inception, the Flea Market has always been held in Sussex on the third full weekend in August, and for the past 25 years it has been held at Princess Louise Park. It is not moving anywhere and will continue to be held at Princess Louise Park for many years to come. If you should hear any such rumour about the flea market moving, please know that the person spreading it is not being truthful with you. On behalf of the NB Antique Auto Club’s Flea Market Committee, I look forward to seeing you at our 36th, our 40th, and even our 50th annual Sussex Flea Market and beyond, at Princess Louise Park in Sussex, NB during the third full weekend of August.
