I have taken the most popular elements of traditional Bootcamp & applied it to the Weight Room using the weight training equipment, cardio machines, barbells & dumbbells. This combined with the benefits of Personal Training creates a unique workout program you won't find anywhere else. Great for beginners looking how to use the equipment and not have to think about what to do next and for perfect for advanced to change up your routine, get motivated and hit new goals. ➡️I provide the necessary tools and proven exercise routines to help you efficiently lose weight, decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase lean muscle mass and strength, and improve overall coordination, balance and flexibility. A Personal Trainer will be monitoring your progress and adjusting the exercises and will ensure that you make the most of each workout and maximize your efforts. ➡️I will only be taking 10 people for this exclusive class. This class is for Men & Women! Lift weights to lose weight! Weight Training is a class which specifically consists using barbells, dumbbells & Kettlebells. Don't like cardio? Weight Training will give you definition & firm your muscles without having to do any plyometrics or jumping in any kind of way. You will learn many different techniques and new exercises with a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of one on one training. ANYONE can do this class, from beginners to advanced. It is tailored to your own fitness level. Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45 pm. $10/drop in
