Good morning Hula Riders! Happy Tuesday!!! Hope you all had a fabulous long weekend!!! Just announcing a change of plans for this coming Saturday May 27th weekend! We have been having some troubles getting racers registered under our team for the race we were doing in the city, so we are changing things up and doing an Amazing Race Day Hula Spin Style right here in Steinbach instead! And it is going to be EPIC!!! 😊 More details will follow shortly but we hope you all can make it for this amazing fun filled day! Our team is working hard to ensure this will be a day to remember! Hey Hula Riders! Happy Saturday, and Happy Long Weekend!!!! Hope you are all having a fabulous time whatever you are doing! For those of you who were planning to run the Colour Me Rad Race next weekend May 27th as part of the Hula Team, there has been some trouble with people getting registered online and we are trying to get it figured it! There might be a change of plans for the day and we will share details with you first thing Monday, so if you have not registered yet and were planning to do the race, hold off and we will let you know!! The sun is shining and the birds are chirping, what more could we ask for!! ❤️❤️❤️ Challengers, you all are doing an AMAZING job at getting those points down and getting those goals accomplished! We are soooo proud of you and how hard you are working!! Remember one thing.....comparison is the root of ALL evil, so do not allow yourself to compare to others or put yourself down if you are not where you thought you would be! Celebration beauty ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Good morning Riders, Happy Tuesday! We got to treat just a few of the amazing mama's that we are blessed to have at our studio yesterday in leu of Mother's Day on Sunday! We hope that ALL you mama's had an absolutely fabulous day and felt the love all day! We wanted to take a moment to cheer on one of those mama's this morning as it is a super important day for her today!! She is studying to become a nurse, and today is her final exam as she steps into the world of medicine! Let's all cheer her on gang! Let's take time to appreciate those who dedicate their lives to knowing and learning how to keep us healthy! If you wouldn't mind sharing a word of encouragement for Justina (first pic) as we will be tagging this post to her so that she can be motivated and encouraged to go rock it out!!! COUPLES NIGHT IS HERE!!!!! Happy Friday Riders! Hope ur having a fantastic start to ur day! We are excited to see you all at the studio today and then for couples night tonight. Happy Wednesday Hula Riders!!! Hope ur having an awesome day!! Lots happening in the studio this week! Couples night this Friday at a special time - 6pm. Book your spot, seats are filling up fast!!! Childcare WILL be provided for the Couples Class so bring the kiddos along and come have some spin time fun!!! As always, singles are absolutely always welcomel! Lets Run Steinbach Race is happening this Saturday May 13th! Come join us at the race grounds and come say hi at the Hula Booth! We will be racing and cheering you on for what is going to be an AMAZING time!!! Please note that we will have NO classes scheduled at the studio for Saturday as we will be at the race supporting this event. Last but not least, specialty classes have been added to our schedule for those of you who are partaking in the May Challenge. Have a look and come have some tabata and abs fun with us. All riders are welcome in these classes, so take advantage and come try something new! Have a fabulous day Hula Riders!!!
