Small Group Personal Training For Beginners: Same as the above, but at a beginner level. Your package works for either option.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING FOR OLDER ADULTS. Ages 50+ welcome!! Workout in a fun, safe and effective environment with a small group of people under the supervision of one of our personal trainers.

Yoga Fundamentals Workshop!
Are you interested in yoga, but just haven't got around to trying it? Would you like to try but are concerned that you may be doing it wrong? Join Sarah Blackler for a beginner workshop: 'Fundamentals of Yoga'. Learn yoga poses (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama), basic meditation, in a easy to understand way. This fun & informal session will give you the opportunity to learn, do, and ask questions. Walk away with an open mind, full heart and with a renewed connection to your body. $20/person: Everyone welcome! Clients can sign in directly on Mindbody, others can contact the studio to register.
