Having studied Ashtanga at the root in Mysore at the KPJAYI shala, as well as Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with focus on alignment and props, she aims to bring qualities of the asana practice from renowned Guru's: Sri K Pattabhi Jois and B.K.S Iyengar.
Nourish your muscles, build-up stamina and strength, and begin to increase your flexibility whilst you open up physically and mentally on the mat.

I rarely practise this, I think it was maybe a year ago in Feb my house mate in India showed me how, so today stuck in the cabin in Tahoe I thought it would be fun to mess about and see how my body was feeling; strength is slowly coming along and I'm feeling super proud that there is an improvement since then! Long way to go, but who cares - that's the fun part!! โญ๏ธโโ๏ธ
