BEHIND THE SCENES: The February Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Directors meeting. GBHS CEO Lance Thurston joined in via video conferencing. Thurston urged directors to share the story of the great job Hospital workers are doing during this busy time of year. Also says it looks like a balanced budget for GBHS this fiscal year and next year looks encouraging as well.

It’s a special Happy Valentines Day for Margaret McKillop of Port Elgin. Margaret has won a lovely diamond pendant from the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation GEM program and courtesy of Elgin Jewellers of Port Elgin. The draw was made Valentines Day morning on 98 the Beach radio.
