CLASSES. You wanted classes. Well. On Feb 1st IBF is opening a second location right here in Smiths Falls. WITH JUST CLASSES. No gym noise, no over crowding. Just plain fun and classes. We will have beginner, advanced and mommy and me yoga, TONS of spin, Zumba, Cardio Barbell. And since were opening that means a grand opening special for all our members and new members who just want classes and group training. So here it is. This weekend ONLY. AND ONLY THIS WEEKEND. We are offering unlimited classes THIS WEEKEND ONLY. $79 per month for unlimited classes. You can get a gym membership added on to that for ONLY $99 a month. Yes unlimitted use classes at our snazzy cozy new training centre. We will also have class cards on sale for $50 for 10 classes. These cards do not expire. This sale is this weekend only. Were only selling 15 unlimited class memberships on first come first served basis. So from now until close at 2pm sunday this deal is available. The classes will begin at the new location on Feb 1st. Get in while supplies last for these class deals. This is a one time only deal.

BIG NEWS: Zumba anyone? Very excited to announce that starting in Feb IBF will be offering Zumba classes with Kristen Coulson along with more spin, begginer and advanced level yoga classes, mommy and me yoga, and of course our popular cardio barbell classes with Trudi will continue and addition of boot camps, children and seniors fit classes. IBF is expanding its classes and offering more of everything in our brand new Class and group training facility which will open Feb 1. We are still seeking a spin instructor and a seniors fitness instructor. IBF members spoke and we listened. And no. You do NOT have to be a member to take prt in our classes or group training. Packages for classes will be available through IBF as well as a monthly rate for unlimited classes and training. This is very exciting news IBF army. Here we grow again.

Dear Members. Our lost and found is somewhat out of control. Please remove your property before tomorrow at 7pm. As well, with our new hours nobody is permitted to leave shoes, bags, personal belongings in the gym. We are not responsible for anyones personal belongings. Anything left daly will be removed at the end of each business day. It will remain in the lost and found for 2 days then removed. So please please please remove anything of yours from the locker areas and lost and found. Remember, we close at 7pm, if you will be in the gymafter reception closes, you must have your coats and boots on the 24 hour side or it will be locked for the night. Thank you all for understanding.

Well it didnt take long for IBF to bring in 2018 with a huge announcement. More info in the next couple of days. But we are expanding our classes and class schedule. More spin. More yoga. Better and quieter yogo. Were just plain making it bigger. Huge announcement to come. Those who love classes will love this news.

Iron Body Transformation Challenge. Over 60 people signed up for the challenge a little over 3 months ago. Some stuck with it, some did not, but those who did made significant changes in their lives. Anyone willing to take the steps and make the change should be proud and everyone who stuck wit this should be proud. We at IBF are proud of each of our members who continue to push themselves daily. The winner of the challenge dedicated herself to be healthier way before the challenge ever started and had made significant gains in her fitness journey before even accepting our challenge. She is in the gym everyday, eating healthy, seeing our personal training staff and committing herself to a new healthy lifestyle. This persons before and after photo's are like something from a magazine or sales pitch for Slimfast. The difference in this persons appearance is only a small part of the difference she is feeling and will continue to enjoy. After accepting the challenge, and already losing a considerable amount of weight, Tracey Stringer worked harder and lost an additional 13 pounds and 3 inches from her waste in only 90 days and including Christmas treat season.
