Classes currently available are Pilates, Zumba, Free-weights, Cardio Blast, Mind and Body. Internationally qualified Fitness Instructor, Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor/Advanced Exercise and Fitness Instruction.

Oh what FUN we had last night in the "Prior" & we're going to continue today at the Studio Shawville with "TRIPLE TREAT" Get to the core & more with PILATES first at the new time of 4pm to 5pm. THEN THE ALL NEW WORKOUT EVERYONE'S TALKING ABOUT -THE POUND- ROCKOUT WORKOUT! Class 1: 5.30pm to 6.30pm Class 2: 7pm to 8pm Look forward to seeing you all!

YOU DON"T WANT TO MISS IT! POUND- ROCKOUT WORKOUT! AT THE NICK SMITH CENTRE ARNPRIOR TOMORROW (Wednesday MAY 3rd at 7pm to 8pm, (wk no 2 of 8 wks). Limited drop-ins are possible at this class as space permits. Please call the NICK SMITH CENTRE on 613 623 7301 to check if space is available first before you come. Look forward to seeing you. PS: Don't forget to bring a mat, towel and water. You can wear running shoes or go barefoot.

It's a WRAP for this week! But what a fantastic start to the Spring Session we had at the Studio Shawville ( Nick Smith Centre Arnprior I'll be back to get your course started on the 26th), get your RIPSTIX's ready! I've had so much fun being back with you all, I'm looking forward to next week already! All the disiplines I love, Pilates, ZUMBA, Free- weights , oh and I forgot to the mention the new POUND- ROCKOUT WORKOUT!! Well what can I say, YOU ROCKED IT! Do you think it could catch on? LOL! FUN,FUN,FUN! That's my motto. That being said, the most important element that's disguised (because we're having fun), is a damn good workout! Have a good weekend and I'll see you soon.
