Personal trainer offering both online and in-person personal training based out of the Grande Prairie area. Recent graduate from NAIT from the Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma. Through my education I was lucky enough to learn from a leading expert in corrective exercise and many other training disciplines. I offer both one on one training, wide variety of classes and online training programs.

When you think of healing, what initially comes to your mind?? Probably physical right? If you hear someone say they are healing, you always ask "oh what did you hurt?" Right? My whole life I was always the same way, and have only ever acknowledged physical pain. Injuries, aches, pains, sores. But what about other pain? Other forms of healing? It wasn't until I began training clients, talking with them, getting to know their stories, that I have found how profound emotional pain can be and the lengths in which they last. How things can effect our heart, our energies, and our lives for years if we allow it. But also how easily we can step back into our power and overcome these issues once we acknowledge them. Want to know what I've found to be the easiest way to begin to overcome emotional blocks? Talking. Hands down, the simplest yet scariest thing. I can't explain the feeling of literally watching the weight come off my clients chest when they have a safe place to simply talk. What makes you feel better? Helps you take weight off your chest? Move past something lingering? For myself, I've noticed a huge change in my body with accepting and practicing other forms of healing. Meditation has helped my daily life, from stable emotions to actually being able to sleep at night (HALLELUJAH!!!). I have also been wearing this beautiful Mala made specifically for me from the beautiful Little Lotus Mala. To help me further with getting my energies back on track 💜
