Open on Saturdays (9:00-2:30) from the first week of April through the end of September in downtown Sechelt, BC. Juried farmers & artisans from all over the Sechelt Peninsula sell the finest merchandise the Sunshine Coast has to offer. With over 50 juried members and many juried vendors on-hand to fill extra space, the Sechelt Farmers' & Artisans' Market is the largest outdoor market on the Sunshine Coast. Operating rain or shine from April through the end of September, artists and produce growers from everywhere on the Sechelt Peninsula call this market "home" on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Garden-fresh produce, unique art objects, First Nations art items, jewelry, fresh seafood, hand-blown glass, clothing, photography, stained glass, pottery, baked goods, plants, toys, herbals, self-published authors, knitting, crochet goods, sewing, leather goods, carving, handcrafted soap, a feng shui specialist, on-site massage and buskers are only some of the things you can find when you browse the Sechelt Farmers' & Artisans' Market.
Many of our artisans make things you won't find anywhere else, and you're bound to find the perfect gift for everybody on your list. Our farmers and bakers rise extra-early on market day to bring you the freshest food items. Our fishermen come home for the weekend, and our buskers tune up their instruments to make the time you spend at our market an enjoyable one.

The weather was fantastic and helped set the stage for arguably the best opening day the Sechelt Farmers' and Artisans' Market has ever had. Much thanks to Sechelt councillors Darren Inkster, Doug Wright, Darnelda Siegers, Alice Lutes and Mayor Bruce Milne who were on hand to help out with tasks during the day - it was great to have you there! Also thank you to the visitors to the Market who have helped make our Market a great weekend must-do. The #Sechelt Farmer's and Artisan's Market is Celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year on the #SunshineCoastbc. This Easter Egg Contest will be at the Market Information table. Make a guess to win $50 in Market Bucks for the best guess. Must be in the Market Saturday to participate.There will also be a second random draw for $50 market bucks. Have some free Hot Chocolate and a Mini Cup Cake until Noon.There will be 3 Sechelt Council Members on hand to help us with this event - come and say hi!
