Our relationships are only as healthy as we are. We need both inner maturity, growth, and external skills to build healthy relationships. This requires personal evaluation and intentional action based on helpful principles. In this series of messages we will explore how to grow internally and externally. In particular, we will learn how to be pro-active, growing into emotionally mature adults, how to fight cleanly, listen actively, and stop mind reading. Life is relationships. Lets learn together to have healthy ones.
