The Chocolate Museum celebrates the history of chocolate in general and, specifically, the history of delicious Ganong Bros. Ltd. chocolates. We are located in the heart of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, in the building that housed the original Ganong chocolate factory.

Visit The Chocolate Museum to learn about the history of chocolate, the creation of the Ganong Bros. Ltd. chocolate company, and the impact of the industry on our region.

Sample lots of delicious Ganong chocolates, enjoy the interactive displays, and watch the talented hand dippers crafting fresh chocolates right in front of you (Monday to Friday, 9am until 3pm).

Before your visit, check out our website to download a special coupon for one free admission with two paid admissions!

Whatever your reason for visiting The Chocolate Museum, we guarantee you'll have a sweet day.
