Happy Monday! If you have an appt with me TOMORROW and start to worry when you don’t get a confirmation call early in the day, they will be done later than normal. Confirmation calls are done out of courtesy as it is still the clients responsibility for attending their scheduled appointment or giving 24 hours notice if unable to do so. Weekends are a busy time for receiving Facebook messages, again don’t fret, these are returned on Tuesday when back in with clients. ☺️

I tend to be the messenger of bad news lately it seems. If you’ve been a client of mine for a bit you know that we usually pre book your summer appointments when you are in for your end of May/beginning of June appointments. When booking clients in yesterday I noticed that there are some weeks in JULY that I am now FULLY BOOKED EVERY EVENING (so from 3PM onward). For me saying I’m “fully booked, pre book in advance” isn’t a sales tactic, it’s because I do truly hate disappointing people when they phone for appointments and there is absolutely no wiggle room to get them in. And as a reminder if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, I require 24hrs notice. There are many on a cancellation list who would love to take your appointment time.
