Thank you to everyone who purchased buns for our fundraiser! We were able to meet our goal and will be having the Red Deer Royals join us for the 2017 parade!! We would also like to announce that the 2017 Pro Rodeo is on! Wagons will start every evening at 630. Rodeo slack is free to attend at 11 am Thursday. Rodeo kicks off at 4 on Friday and 1 Saturday and Sunday! As always, the Rocky Wranglers will open each event with a salute to out sponsors and O Canada. Hope to see everyone there.

From now until Easter you can also get a pan of Hot Cross buns for $50 All funds raised go towards parade fees and raising the roof on the grandstands! Starting now we have a tray of Grandma Aldia Cadrains famous cinnamon buns up for auction. Every bid earns you an entry into a draw for 4 weekend passes to this year's event! Every like and share of this post will also earn you an entry! The winner will have their name and/or business put into the 2017 Rodeo Program. Did we mention this is a tax write off?? What a great way to support your community! STARTING BID IS $100 Auction closes Friday April 14 at noon.

What is a tarp sale you ask? Each drivers’ tarp will be auctioned off as choice to the highest bidder. These funds are instrumental in helping these guys get around the track, and did we mention it’s a great tax write-off for you? There are only 40 tarps for auction and they go fast! (Pun intended) If you’re unable to attend, but would still like to purchase a tarp, please arrange someone to proxy, or call Shane Closs at 403-846-7294 to arrange a proxy on your behalf. All sales are final and bids are secured through the auctioneer. Auctioneer’s word is FINAL. Businesses will be invoiced their purchase at the end of the sale.
